Designed as a combined holiday home for three separate families, the house maximises indoor/outdoor connections with a focus on outdoor living and entertaining.

A central courtyard allows for passive ventilation in the humid climate while large overhangs protect openings from the elements.

Being situated on an oddly shaped pentagonal site, the plan consists of rectangular spaces staggered at 45degrees to form the overall irregular outline of the building which responds to the site boundaries and building lines.
